Service Description
Relationships naturally change over time; communication may become difficult, emotions may withdraw, or some conflicts may become recurring. Couples Therapy is a structured professional process that allows space to understand, resolve, and rebalance these cycles. This service is suitable for couples working on issues such as emotional distancing, communication breakdowns, trust breakdown, intense conflict cycles, or role ambiguity within the relationship. As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist certified by the European Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (EABCT), I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), and Supportive Psychodynamic Therapy within a holistic framework in my work with couples. In my work, I support couples in strengthening their emotion regulation skills, establishing healthier communication foundations, and transforming recurring challenging interaction cycles within the relationship. My focus in therapy is not on "who is right," but on helping couples develop a deeper and healthier understanding of each other's needs, feelings, and ways of thinking.
