As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist certified by the European Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (EABCT), I offer professional support in your emotional healing process through Metacognitive Therapy (MKT), Supportive Psychotherapy, and evidence-based holistic approaches. Psychological counseling isn't just "problem solving." It's about establishing healthier connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; restructuring mental order; and creating a stronger balance in life. My work focuses on: • regaining control over anxiety and fears, • alleviating the emotional impact of traumatic experiences, • regaining meaning, direction, and inner integrity in life.
